The majority of ZeplixTools utilities (including PDF merging, image compression, and text manipulation) execute entirely within your web browser's RAM. We do not upload your files to our servers for these tasks. All bitstream reconstruction happens locally using your CPU and GPU.

For tools requiring server-side processing (such as certain complex document conversions), your files are transmitted via an encrypted SSL channel to a secure, transient memory buffer. These files are processed immediately and are purged from our volatile memory once the task is complete. We do not store, index, or share the contents of any uploaded files.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain session states and basic site functionality. We may use anonymized analytics (such as Google Analytics or internal logs) to monitor tool usage and site performance. These logs do not contain personally identifiable information (PII) or the content of your files.

ZeplixTools may utilize third-party APIs for advanced features (e.g., AI Resume Building). When you use these features, your data is handled according to the respective provider's privacy standards. We only transmit the data necessary to provide the specific requested service.

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.
